Genesis: Pathways to Success Announces New Entrepreneural Program Coordinator

(Ripley County, Ind.) - Genesis: Pathways to Success is proud to welcome its new Entrepreneurial Program Coordinator, Lori Rennekamp. In this role, Lori will support and advance the mission of Genesis: Pathways to Success by strengthening connections across Southeastern Indiana and expanding access to entrepreneurial opportunities. She will lead the development and implementation of high-quality entrepreneurial programs, including the Career Exploration Expo, D.I.C.E. Challenge, Emerge: Young Innovators Summit, and Masterclasses.

Lori’s passion lies in mentoring, networking, and fostering community connections as well as helping others “spread their wings” to follow their own entrepreneurial dreams. Rennekamp expressed, “I am beyond thrilled for this opportunity to work within our region, creating and strengthening connections and entrepreneurial opportunities. As a former business owner who will always remain an entrepreneur-at-heart, I have a passion for helping others work to achieve their dreams. Being able to do this through an amazing non-profit organization like Genesis is the icing on the cake.”

Lori is a 1995 graduate of Oldenburg Academy and a 1999 graduate of Mount St. Joseph University, where she earned a degree in Arts in Elementary Education. After a career in teaching Art and Language Arts, she embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and opened Bird in a Tree Boutique located in Batesville, Indiana from 2016-2024. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys life with her husband and 3 daughters. She loves to read, exercise, travel, and has even hosted 2 exchange students.
