(Milan, Ind.) - It was March 15 when Cole Moore was involved in a devastating car accident on his way to work.

The Milan native suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash along State Road 129 in Switzerland County.

Over the past several months, the 20-year-old has undergone surgeries and therapy and made several doctor's appointments.

Recently, an angiogram found that an artery in his neck, which was torn during the accident, did not heal properly and is allowing only a hairline of blood flow through it.

Because of where the injury is located, doctors cannot safely place a stent without restricting blood flow to his spinal cord. As result, Moore now faces lifelong restrictions - which could prevent him from returning to his physically demanding career.

Moore is married and has a young child, and another baby is on the way.

A GoFundMe will support Moore and his family with medical expenses, and daily living costs.
