Franklin Co. Sheriff's Office Seeking Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Batesville Man

UPDATE: The missing man has been located safely.

UPDATE: Cody Sorensen has been located and is being treated by first responders. 

(Franklin County, Ind.) - The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating Cody Sorensen,

The 29-year-old is missing from the Batesville area. 

His vehicle was located at his father’s residence in the 24000 block of U.S. Highway 52 in the Andersonville area.

At this time, there is concern for his safety and mental well-being. 

Sorensen is described as being 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 215 pounds, with blonde hair and a beard.

Anyone with information concerning Cody Sorensen’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department at 765-647-4138.
