Franklin Co. Sheriff, Margaret Mary Health Partner For Drug Take Back Event

Get rid of your unused, unwanted, or expired medications April 26.

(Franklin County, Ind.) - The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department will participate in an upcoming drug prescription take back event. 

The department is partnering with Stayin’ Alive L.C.C and Margaret Mary Health for the drug take back on Friday April 26.

Deputies encourage citizens to drop off any unused, unwanted, or expired medications to the Brookville Tire Mart (Firestone), at 653 Main Street in Brookville between the hours of 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Medications can be kept in original prescription containers.

Deputies also ask that no sharps or aerosol canisters be turned in.
