(Franklin County, Ind.) – A woman was flown to the hospital after wrecking her car on State Road 252 in Franklin County last week.
Harlee Combs, 18, of Brookville, was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Camaro eastbound on S.R. 252 just west of Little Cedar Road at around 8:18 a.m. Thursday, March 22.
Deputies say Combs failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. Her vehicle went over an embankment and struck a tree.
Firefighters had to extricate Combs from the wrecked Camaro before she was flown by Stat Flight to University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Her condition was not disclosed.
Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies were assisted by Brookville Volunteer Fire Department, Brookville EMS #2, Responder and Rescue 24.
