Former Lawrenceburg HS Principal Wins Big on The Price is Right

Bill Synder joined Eagle Country 99.3 on Thursday morning to discuss his experience.

Bill Snyder, "Come on Down"!

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Bill Snyder was the first to have his named called on the latest episode of The Price is Right.

The former Lawrenceburg High School principal missed out on a chance to win a new SUV in the first game, but was the closest bidder the second time around and got to play the game, "One Wrong Price".

Three prizes were revealed, electric bikes, an electric fireplace, and two kitchen top appliances, one of which was an espresso coffee maker.

Snyder was tasked with choosing the item that had the wrong price. He chose the fireplace which was marked at $875 dollars. It was indeed the wrong price with the actual retail price being over $2,000.

Then it was on to the wheel spin, where Snyder made the showcase. While spinning the wheel, Snyder gave a shoutout to wife, Michelle, Dillsboro, Indiana, and Lawrenceburg High School, among others.

Snyder's Showcase featured trips to Fiji, Savannah, Georgia, and a massage mattress. He bid $27,500, which was off by only $341 dollars, winning the Showcase.

Snyder will join Chelsie on-air on Thursday morning around 8:40 to discuss his experience on The Price is Right.
