You won't want to miss this community event in Bright on Saturday.

(Bright, Ind.) – Cold drinks, hot eats, and live music are just some of the things on tap this weekend in Bright.
The Bright Area Business Association will host the 2nd Annual Beer, Bands and BABA-Q on Saturday, October 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Bright Volunteer Fire Department on Salt Fork Road .
The annual event is free to attend and includes trivia with a twist and live music from My Brother’s Keeper, Michael T & Friends and Southbound Sound.
Attendees will also enjoy BBQ and food samplings from local restaurants and eateries, including Wang’s Hot Chicken and local craft beer and wine from Great Crescent Brewery and At the Barn Winery.
There will be bounce houses for the kids, and the U.S. Army will be on-hand with their rock-climbing wall.
New this year is the Pumpkin 5K at 9:00 a.m. The race is open to all ages and all running or walking abilities and will benefit Bright non-profit organizations. Registration is available at https://runsignup.com.
