UPDATE: Florence Police Cancel Golden Alert For Missing Adult With Physical Disabilities

The elderly woman was last seen at the southbound I-75 rest area.

Julia Cote was located safely this morning on US 25 near White Pine in Boone County. Florence Police say she is going to the hospital to get checked out.

(Florence, Ky.) - Florence Police are searching for a critical missing adult with physical disabilities.

Julia Mary Cote, 65, was last seen sitting on a curb at the southbound Interstate 75 rest area in Florence early Tuesday morning.

Cote has physical disabilities as result of a prior stroke, requiring her to use a walker.

She is described as a white female, 5’4” 110 lbs. with blonde hair and green eyes. Cote was last seen wearing black pants with a pink and blue strip down the legs, black t-shirt, and black shoes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should notify local law enforcement immediately.
