Erlanger Man Killed In Residential Fire

(Erlanger, Ky.) – One person was killed in a residential fire in northern Kentucky.

Erlanger Fire and Covington Fire responded to the fire in the 1900 block of Bullock Pen Road on Sunday around 8:50 p.m.

Upon arrival, the residence was fully engulfed with flames.

Crews were able to extinguish the fire, but the home was a complete loss.

According to Erlanger Police, Chet Cason, 60, of Erlanger, was located deceased inside the home.

Based on the initial investigation, no foul play is suspected at this time.

A cause of the fire remains under investigation.
