End of an Era at Shell's Ice Cream & Grill

A change in ownership is ongoing.

(Vevay, Ind.) - It is an end of an era at Shell's Ice Cream & Grill in Vevay.

As of Tuesday night, Dawn Shell's 16 years at the establishment came to an end.

"My heart is very heavy as I am writing this as my emotions are all over the place," said Shell in a Facebook post. "I have met so many amazing people throughout this journey. I will carry with me all these memories forever."

Shell continued by saying a decision was made to close the business so the change of ownership can take place smoothly. The final stage of the sale is currently taking place.

"I cannot even come up with words to express my gratitude and appreciation for your loyalty and support over the years. Thank you for being a part of our Shell's family," said Shell.
