East Central HS Student Selected as 'Doodle for Google' State Winner

Carson Mapes is now up for the national award.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – East Central High School student Carson Mapes has been recognized for his artistic ability.

Mapes has been selected as the State Winner in the Doodle for Google contest.

His “Together We Heal” doodle now moves on to the national contest, which challenges young artists across the country to create doodles sharing their wishes for the next 25 years.

There are 55 state and territory finalists.

You can cast your vote for Mapes to be the National Winner at Vote Open - Doodle for Google.

The deadline to vote is June 4 at 11:59 PM.
