East Central Horticulture Plant Sale Starts May 2

The kids at East Central High School always provide a great selection.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – Before you plant your garden this spring, you might consider stopping by East Central High School.

The East Central Horticulture program will hold their 13th annual spring plant sale this May.

Dates and times for the event are:

  • Thursday, May 2 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday, May 3 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 4 from 8:00 a.m. to noon
  • Friday, May 9 3:00 to 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 10 from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m.

Plants available include tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, marigolds, miscellaneous annuals and houseplants. All plants are started from seed by East Central Agricultural Science students. 

Those planning to attend the plant sale should enter the school through the agriculture shop doors on the north side of the school.
