(St. Leon, Ind.) - East Central FFA had four members compete at the Indiana 4-H/FFA Wildlife Habitat CDE last week.
The event was held on May 13 at the John S. Wright Forestry Center at Purdue University.
East Central's team of Bryson Dossenback, Bradley Kolb, Isabelle Leurck and Braden McDaniel placed third overall. Kolb was the top individual for East Central, placing eighth out of 33 total contestants.
At the event, contestants identified preserved wildlife species, completed a general wildlife knowledge exam, evaluated wildlife habitats, and completed a wildlife management plan from a given scenario.
