DWD To Offer Guidance On Returning To Work

This Facebook live event will be held this Wednesday, May 13.

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is offering a Facebook live event for those who are on a temporary layoff due to COVID-19 and receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

With businesses opening back up and many getting called back to work, employees and their employers will be able to attend this virtual event to get questions they may have answered.

This program will review the federal CARES Act, what employers and employees need to know when getting called back to work, and how that impacts UI eligibility.

DWD is partnering with its regional offices to present this event, which will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13.

To participate in this Facebook live event visit https://www.facebook.com/IndianaDWD/.
