Dillsboro Town Council Welcomes New Member To Start 2021

(Dillsboro, Ind.) – The Town of Dillsboro is welcoming its news member of Town Council.

Doug Baker was sworn in on January 1 by Judge James Humphrey.

Baker, a Rising Sun native, moved to Dillsboro in 2016. He describes the town as a “big family where everyone has your back.”

He continues to work for the City of Rising Sun and is a licensed official for the IHSAA, and served on Ohio County Council for 20 years.

Baker hopes to offer his experience in budgeting and finances as a member of Dillsboro Town Council.
