Delhi Man Arrested on Murder Charge

The arrest comes after the shooting death of a Green Township man on Sunday.

(Delhi, Oh.) – An arrest has been made after the shooting death of a Green Township man.

Marc Henderson, 23, of Delhi, was arrested Sunday and charged with one count of Murder following the shooting death of Richard Kelsay, 27.

Green Township Police responded to the report of shots fired in the area of Sidney Road around 4:14 a.m.

Officers located Kelsay, who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Shortly after, Delhi Township Police were called to an address on Hillside Avenue for a possible overdose. The two incidents were found to be related, and Henderson was taken into custody.

According to Green Township Police, additional charges are pending.

The incident remains under investigation.
