(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Dearborn County Emergency Management and Dearborn County Local Emergency Planning Commission will be conducting a simulated hazmat training exercise on Saturday, September 19.
The exercise will run from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Perfect North Slopes with a staging area at Tanner Valley Church.
There will be increased public safety equipment in the area.
Things to Know
- This is a planned simulation designed to test and improve multi-agency coordination, communication, and response protocols. There is no danger to the public.
- Please avoid the entrances and parking areas of Perfect North Slopes and Tanners Valley Church. We are conducting the exercise in parking lots to reduce inconvenience to the public.
- Minor traffic delays may occur near these areas.
