Dearborn Co. Chamber Of Commerce To Offer Revamped Leadership Program

Registration is open with classes beginning on March 17th.

(Dearborn Co., Ind.) - The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce and Southeast Indiana Chamber Foundation are pleased to announce that registration for the 2020 class of Leadership Dearborn in now open. After three successful years, we are excited that this year we will be partnering with Paul Fox, a Dearborn County resident and former P&G vice president who has worked with the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce on their various leadership development initiatives.

The purpose of this revamped Leadership Dearborn program is to strengthen and refine leadership skills by exploring the dynamics of leadership with focus on helping participants identify individual capabilities and opportunities for growth.

We are also expanding the amount of in class time with this year’s sessions. We will be dividing the program into thirteen sessions of four hours each. Topics covered will include team dynamics, self-assessment, time management, managing priorities, managing under pressure, leadership traits, future planning and more. This is a great opportunity for you or your top management to grow and learn with other Dearborn County leaders. Classes will begin in March.
