The Dearborn County Clearinghouse Receives Multiple Local Donations, Grants

The City of Lawrenceburg Community Foundation, Ohio County Community Foundation, and Civista Bank all made generous donations to the local community agency.

(Aurora, Ind.) - Different organizations and businesses have given grants and donations to help The Clearinghouse through these unprecedented times. 

The City of Lawrenceburg Community Grant Program, Ohio County Community Foundation, and Civista Bank all gave generous donations to the local community agency. 

The City of Lawrenceburg Community Grant Program presented the Dearborn County Clearinghouse with Dearborn Community Foundation Grant to reconfigure the receiving dock for safety reasons. 

The Ohio County Community Foundation awarded the Dearborn County Clearinghouse with a $2,078 grant to purchase COVID-19 supplies for the Mobile Pantry residents in Ohio County.

Civista Bank gifted the Dearborn County Clearinghouse with a donation of $1,000. 

All of these generous donations will help better serve the nearly 8,288 residents throughout the community. 2020 has brought uncertain times and more local residents that need assistance. The Clearinghouse would like to remind the community that services like food programs, free clothing store, and Sacks of Snacks boxes for the school children in the community that are in need of lunches are available to those that need help.
