Critical Missing Adult With Dementia Located Safely

The same woman has been reported missing twice in the last two weeks.

(Florence, Ky.) – A Golden Alert has been cancelled after a Florence woman was located safely on Thursday.  

Vicki Lower, 78, was reported missing yesterday afternoon after leaving her residence at Champion Club Apartments in Florence.

She was located walking in Elsmere by a passerby around 11:20 p.m.

According to Florence Police, Lower suffers from dementia.

She was reported missing last week before being found in her vehicle in Ross Country, Ohio.
