Cold Weather Advisory Issued for Tri-State Area

Bitter cold temperatures are expected through Tuesday morning.

(Wilmington, Oh.) - A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky and southwest Ohio. 

The advisory is in effect from 5:00 p.m. today to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington. 

Today's high temperature is 21 degrees. The low is 8. Tuesday morning's forecast calls for wind chill values as low as -3. 

Cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Dress in layers including a hat, face mask and gloves if you must go outside.
