(Ohio County, Ind.) – A portion of State Road 262 is scheduled to close on or after Monday, July 15.
A bridge rehabilitation project will take place approximately 2.5 miles west of State Road 56 near Rising Sun and is expected to be in effect through mid-November.
Crews will begin to place signage in the area prior to the start of construction.
During the closure, motorists should use the official detour route which follows State Road 56 to U.S. 50.
All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
