Civista Bank Announces Employee Promotions

Civista Bank had several promotions company-wide.

(Sandusky, Oh.) – Civista Bank is pleased to announce the following officer promotions:

Jessica Steuk, Private Banking Manager, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Steuk joined the bank in April 2012 and oversees a team of Civista Private Bankers, working across the bank’s footprint.

Rosalind DePina, Mortgage Operations Manager, has been promoted to Vice President. DePina came to Civista in 2017 with over 25 years of mortgage lending experience to lead the bank’s mortgage operations team.

Jennifer Loveless has been promoted to Vice President. She was a branch leader of the Miamisburg office prior to joining the Private Banking department in 2015 and now represents Civista Private Banking in Southwestern Ohio with over 15 years in banking. A board member for the Miami Valley Alzheimer’s Association, Loveless was the 2020 chair of the Chapter’s Reason to Hope awareness and fundraising event.

Commercial Banker Timothy Naftzger has been promoted to Vice President. Naftzger joined the bank in April 2012 as a credit analyst and was promoted to commercial lending in 2018. He is based in Civista’s Akron branch and has over 15 years’ experience in the banking industry.

William Ludwick, Commercial Banker, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender. Ludwick joined the bank in 2016 as a credit analyst and has nearly 10 years in banking. Based out of the Civista Walnut Street branch in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Ludwick serves small business clients in the Southeastern Indiana and Greater Cincinnati Area.

Steffani McVety, Consumer Loan Leader, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Steffani joined the Bank in 2003 and has held various positions, including the Russell’s Point Branch Leader and Consumer Lending Lead Trainer before moving into her current role in 2015.

Keith Sergent, Business Intelligence Manager, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Sergent joined the Civista team in March 2012 as a Credit Analyst with 13 years’ experience in loan reporting, analysis and loan servicing. He was named to his current role in 2013 where he leads strategic loan reporting and is a loan system advisor.
