(Florence, Ky.) - A Florence man is accused of downloading child pornography.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Office says Nathan Gonzales, 39 allegedly downloaded the illegal images dating back to last December.
Gonzales was arrested at his home on Tuesday as officers came to serve an arrest warrant for a methamphetamine charge.
Computer software had captured 125 videos and 170 pictures being downloaded to the man’s I.P. address, the sheriff's office said. Approximately 90 pieces of evidence were seized from the home.
Gonzales is charged with Possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison.
He is now held at the Boone County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond.
