Several agencies helped track down the suspect last week
(Decatur County, Ind.) - The Decatur County Sherrif's Department has released information regarding a police pursuit and manhunt that took place last Wednesday evening.
The police pursuit began at State Road 3 and State Road 46 in Decatur County after an on-duty deputy and corporal recognized a vehicle being driven by Timothy Wolfe.
Due to past involvements, the corporal knew that Wolfe was a suspended driver. After confirming Wolfe was the driver, a traffic stop was initiated, but the vehicle failed to stop.
The vehicle continued, reaching speeds of 106 mph before slowing down.

Stop sticks were deployed Lincoln Street, but Wolfe was able to avoid them and continued on to State Road 46 in Franklin County. He exited his vehicle on Three Mile Road and ran into a wooded area.
Following an extensive search, which included drones, a helicopter and K9's, Wolfe was located the following morning and taken into custody.
Wolfe, 57, is charged with Resisting Law Enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Possession of Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor), Driving While Suspended Prior (Class A Misdemeanor), and Reckless Driving (Class C Misdemeanor)
