(Florence, Ky.) - A Burlington man has been arrested for Video Voyeurism.

On Tuesday, the Florence Police Department responded to St. Elizabeth Physicians on Ewing Boulevard for a report of a phone discovered recording inside the female restroom.

The reporting party found the phone recording inside the restroom and turned the phone over to an employee who was able to identify the phone’s owner.

The phone owner was identified as Adam Duane, 38.

He allegedly told police that he intentionally recorded the restroom and had deleted the video prior to police arrival.

Police say he further admitted to recording at various bathrooms in different locations for years and had deleted those recordings.

He is charged with Video Voyeurism and Tampering with Physical Evidence, and was transported to the Boone County Detention Center.
