(FRANKLIN COUNTY, IN) — The Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Paul H. Rohe Company plans to reduce U.S. 52 to one lane over Big Cedar Creek on or after April 9 to begin bridge rehabilitation work in Franklin County.
The construction will be north of Cedar Grove. There will be temporary traffic signals while construction is in progress. Signage will begin to be placed in the area prior to the start of the construction.
This project is part of a $1.5 million contract awarded to Paul H. Rohe in December 2023. It is expected to be complete by early November.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution and avoid distractions when traveling near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
