Boone Co. Man Accused Of Sex Crimes Against Child

(Union, Ky.) – A man is accused of sex crimes against an eight-year-old victim.

The alleged crimes happened between October 2016 and August 2017.

The suspect, Jason Kuhn, 42, of Union, was indicted this week by a Boone County grand jury on four counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and single counts of Attempted Sodomy 1st Degree and Persistent Felony Offender II.

Kuhn is held in the Boone County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
