Meisberger & Associates Real Estate Inc. listed the iconic Bel Air Drive-In theater in December of 2023. The property sold on November 2 and the new owners intend to keep it as a drive-in theater.

The Bel Air Drive-in has been a staple in the Versailles community for over 70 years.

The property, which was originally listed at $795,000, appears to have been sold for $495,000.

Sitting on 23-plus acres, the property includes several large ponds, two oversized pole barn garages, 12-14 acres of woodlands, 1,000 square foot concessions building, projector room, office, and an outdoor concrete pad for picnic tables.
