(Batesville, Ind.) - Batesville Tool & Die has made an acquisition.
The company says it acquired a 51 percent interest in DC Coaters LLC in the first quarter of 2018.
DC Coaters is an E-coat company based in Tipton, Indiana with more than 26 years of experience in the electrodeposition paint business. The business serves both automotive and non-automotive industries in central Indiana.
