(Aurora, Ind.) - Main Street Aurora took part in a Transformation Strategy workshop with Main Street America and Indiana Main Street in August ‘23.
Aurora focus groups consisting of residential owners, business owners, city officials, county officials and public survey results resoundingly expressed the need for additional housing options in Aurora. The Aurora Redevelopment Commission (ARC) is looking for prospective home builders and home owners looking to build.
The Aurora Redevelopment Commission is offering 3 lots within the city at an asking price of $20,000 per lot, to a builder/owner looking to make an investment. Two lots are located on 5th Street and one on Market Street. Homes must be single family residences and compliment the neighborhood character.
