(Brookville, Ind.) - A Brookville man is accused of intentionally setting fire to a car.
A car was destroyed by a fire as it was parked on Fourth Street in Brookville the night of June 20.
Brookville Police and the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office have been investigating. On Friday, they announced the arrest of Jason Teppe, Jr.
Teppe faces preliminary charges of Arson (level 6 felony) and Criminal Mischief (class B misdemeanor). He was booked into jail, then later released in lieu of bond.
