Indiana State Police - Versailles have wrapped up their investigation from a March accident near Seymour.

(Seymour, Ind.) - A Seymour woman has been arrested on charges stemming from a March accident that seriously injured three teenagers.
Indiana State Police – Versailles began the investigation following the crash on March 15 on North County Road 760 East, just north of Seymour.
Investigators say Dakota Mott, 20, was at the wheel when he lost control and rolled the vehicle several times. As part of the investigation, Mott submitted a toxicology test.
According to investigators, the results showed she was operating under the influence of THC (marijuana) at the time of the crash. Investigators also believe Mott’s vehicle was traveling in excess of 95 MPH at the time of the crash.
Mott is charged with Operating While Intoxicated Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Reckless Driving Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.
Three passengers, ages 15, 17 and 18, were all seriously injured after being ejected from the vehicle.
