(Mason, Oh.) - Students from Tri-State area schools gathered on Wednesday for a day of leadership.

Over 80 Tri-State schools and 1,000 high schoolers converged at Crossroads in Mason, Ohio for the Anthony Munoz Youth Leadership Seminar.

During the seminar, students learn from local leaders, engage with students from other schools, and participate in breakout sessions that give them the platform to self-reflect, discuss meaningful issues with students from other schools, and put into place after-event action plans.

Among the area schools that participated on Wednesday were Boone County, East Central, Switzerland County and Taylor.

This year’s theme “Game Plan” empowered students to take a proactive, strategic approach to their personal and leadership development.
