The arrest happened on March 25 at an apartment building on Tekulve Road.

(Batesville, Ind.) – A Batesville man is facing a laundry list of drug charges.
Aaron Brandt, 19, was arrested on March 25 following a search of his apartment on Tekulve Road, reports The Batesville Herald Tribune.
Batesville Police executed a search warrant after receiving a call that someone was burning marijuana in the building.
During the search, police allegedly found Brandt in possession of large amounts of marijuana, a digital scale, THC wax, hydrocodone pills, liquid codeine and cocaine.
Brandt was formally charged on March 28 with Possession of Cocaine (level 6 felony), Dealing in Marijuana (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class C misdemeanor), Possession of Paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor), Maintaining a Common Nuisance (level 6 felony) and Dealing Schedule I, II, II Controlled Substance (level 6 felony).
He has since bonded out of jail.
Brandt is scheduled to appear in court for his initial hearing on April 17.
