Amazon Prime Offering One-Hour Delivery In The Tri-State Area

By Travis Thayer (Hebron, Ky.) - Some Amazon customers in the tri-state area can expect to get their purchased items much quicker than others. Amazon announced Wednesday that its Prime Now one-hour delivery service is expanding to the Cincinnati area. The service will allow Prime members the option to receive one-hour delivery on tens of thousands of items ranging from paper towel to electronics. The service cost $7.99, and two-hour delivery is free. A $20 minimum order is required, and customers may add a tip for the delivery. Prime Now is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. The service is currently available in Harrison and Cleves, but has not made its way to Florence or Lawrenceburg. Prime members can download the Prime Now app on IOS and Android devices, and will be notified when the service is available in their zip code.
