(Florence, Ky.) - A local concrete business has been acquired by a Tennessee company. Florence-based All-Rite Ready Mix has been bought by Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete LLC, based in the Nashville area. The purchase includes All-Rite Ready Mix’s headquarters in Florence and other Cincinnati area locations in Aurora, Harrison, West Chester, and Wilder. “This is a great fit for us. All-Rite has a great reputation and will better position us for future growth across the region. We fully intend to keep each of All-Rites employees," said Mike Hollingshead, president and CEO of Smyrna Ready Mix.
