(Gallatin County, Ky.) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of a traffic alert on Interstate 71 northbound in Gallatin County.
Multiple crashes have been reported near the 65-mile marker on I-71 northbound.
These crashes were reported at around 3:40 a.m. This is located northeast of the Glencoe exit. First responder crews are on-scene working to clear the crashes. KYTC crews are also on-scene to assist with salt and to clear the highway. The highway is expected to be blocked for several hours.
KYTC District 6 will provide updates on social media when the crash is cleared.
