Accident Shuts Down Interstate 74 Eastbound Near West Harrison

Motorists should avoid the area if possible.

(West Harrison, Ind.) - An accident has halted traffic on Interstate 74 near West Harrison. 

A semi tractor-trailer reportedly rolled over on its side while traveling on I-74 eastbound before the Brookville/West Harrison exit. The accident was reported around 1:30 p.m.

The eastbound lanes have been shut down until further notice.

Motorists should use the St. Leon exit as a detour. 

No other information has been provided at this time.
