Lane closures will be required between New Point and Greensburg.

(Decatur County, Ind.) – Frequent travelers of Interstate 74 are being advised of upcoming lane closures during a $9.7 million asphalt resurface project between New Point and Greensburg.
Dave O’Mara Contractor Inc. plans to begin milling and paving on I-74 next week in Decatur County.
Daytime lane closures will be in place starting on or after Wednesday, September 9 and will continue through fall. Overnight closures are also possible.
INDOT officials say a 55 MPH speed limit will be in effect during the project.
Motorists are advised to use extra caution, slow their speeds and drive distraction free through all work zones.
