(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A brand new luxury auto park is open in Lawrenceburg, and its so much more than a big garage.

4 Speed on 50 Auto Park is located at 68 Doughty Road in Lawrenceburg. Those that travel U.S. 50 through Lawrenceburg have probably already noticed the two, big green buildings up on the hillside.

Those buildings can be described as "The Ultimate Man Cave".

The semi-custom-built garage spaces are designed to make the best possible experience for tenants and their guests. The space is fully climate-controlled with plumbing, fiber-optics WIFI, storage, restroom facilities, wash areas as well as customizable loft spaces. There is also a service garage on site.

Owner Steve Caudill tells Eagle Country 99.3 that 4 Speed on 50 is designed for car enthusiasts who can appreciate the value of having a quality, fully climate-controlled storage facility to keep their cars. The facility will also be a place to hangout and enjoy the company of other car enthusiasts.

Caudill shared a story of a three individuals who have discussed going in together to create a space, not only to house their cars but to hangout.

"Its more than just a place to store your cars, its a place to come together and enjoy each others company," said Caudill. "That's what its all about. The buildings are designed to accommodate a second-story loft. You could have a wet-bar, you could have a pool table, a TV, whatever you want to do."

Area residents will have the opportunity to see 4 Speed on 50 Auto Park in person this weekend at their Grand Opening and Open House. The event will take place Sunday, August 30 from 5-8 PM.

Aside from touring the facility, there will be a Cruise-In from River City Classics, $1 pizza and drink specials from LaRosa's food truck and prize giveaways.

"We are expecting a big turnout, so we are really looking forward to it," said Caudill. "I plan on opening up all the doors and I few cars myself that I'm going to show off. I have a space set up as a model unit that I'm going to showcase."

One of those cars that Caudill plans to show off is a 1948 Buick Roadmaster, a vehicle that sat on the property for 65 years and was owned by the Lovern family.

"I went after it because it sat on that property on Doughty Road," said Caudill. "I went after it and brought it back home. So that car will be there and be on display. It's a phenominal vehicle and it's probably, right now my favorite."

Caudill has also acquired the gas station next door and it has been re-branded the 4 Speed on 50 Fuel Center. Caudill said the gas station became a necessity to continue on with future development, which is to put in a classic 50's style diner on what to be the Wilson Motors car lot.

"We are going to have our own gas station, we are going to have a diner, we are going to have a cool spot to keep our cars and hangout, and there will also be a service garage on site," said Caudill.
