(Batesville, Ind.) - A colorful mural is on display in downtown Batesville.
The Batesville Community Education Foundation is sponsoring the Art on Main mural project which features artwork from students from the four Batesville school buildings on a rotating basis.
The latest mural was created by four Batesville Primary School students with the help from Rowland Graphics, who installed the mural on the side of the Simons Company building at the corner of Main and George streets.
The students who created the mural and the part of the piece they focused on is listed below:
- Aubrey Kruthaupt (Batesville Primary School building)
- Dylan Wessel (friends and baseball)
- Dustin Wessel (home and farm)
- Wyatt Moorman (community and beyond)
Each are 2nd grade students who received help from other classmates in brainstorming ideas for the mural.
