Preliminary work is scheduled to start next week.

(Lawrenceburg, ind.) – State Road 48 in Dearborn County is the latest local road to be scheduled for road work.
The Indiana Department of Transportation says preliminary work is scheduled to begin next week on a $1.2 million resurface project on State Road 48 at the intersection of U.S. 50 in Lawrenceburg.
Patching is scheduled to start the following week on Monday, September 3, followed by milling and paving.
Motorists should be on the lookout for lane closures.
The project is expected to be complete by October 31, 2019.
