Professional Bull Rider Dies At PBR Event In Colorado

Mason Lowe died after being trampled at a competition in Denver.

(Denver, CO)  --  A professional bull rider is dead after a PBR event in Denver, Colorado. 

Twenty-five-year-old Mason Lowe of Missouri was competing at the National Western Stock Show Tuesday night when he was bucked off and trampled. 

He later died at the hospital. 

“The loss of Mason is devastating to us all,” said Sean Gleason, CEO, PBR. “Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences are with his family and wife Abbey. Right now we’re focusing on easing their pain and supporting them during this very difficult time.”

Lowe had been a pro bull rider for seven years.
