Kelsea Ballerini, The Chainsmokers And More Headlining New Year's Rockin' Eve

(New York, NY) -- Kelsea Ballerini will be ringing in the new year in New York City.

She'll be headlining Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on December 31st with The Chainsmokers, Foster the People, Macklemore and a few other acts.

Ryan Seacrest will be the host for the 13th year, with Jenny McCarthy reporting from Times Square.

Lucy Hale will be hosting the Central Time Zone countdown in New Orleans, and Ciara will host the Hollywood Party on the West Coast.
