The country music star took time to chat with a fan needing some encouragement.

The singer shared a video on Instagram over the weekend of her Facetiming "Tori," a young fan who's hospitalized in Detroit with an unknown illness.
She captioned it, "Sweet Tori. So glad I got to see your pretty face and say hello and I can't wait to hug you when I'm back in town."
Ballerini also urged her other fans to send Tori some love, too.
