Keith Urban covered the tune, complete with banjo, and posted a video of it on social media. He captioned the video with the rock horns emoji.
The controversial song debuted at number 19 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart last month after going viral on the TikTok app.
It quickly sparked debate about what "is" and "isn't" Country, and Billboard pulled it from the Country charts shortly afterward.
