Jason Aldean Hosting "Concert For The Cure"

Aldean will not only perform at the fundraiser. He'll also be hosting it.

(Nashville, TN)  --  Jason Aldean is teaming up with the Susan G. Komen Foundation during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 

The country music superstar is hosting his annual "Concert for the Cure" at the Jason Aldean Kitchen + Rooftop Bar in Nashville on October 3rd. 

All proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen of Central Tennessee. 

Aldean has partnered with the organization since 2004.
