Grand Ole Opry To Honor Ray Charles

Ray Charles made an impact on country music, too.

(Nashville, TN)  --  The Father of Soul is getting some major recognition from Nashville. 

"An Opry Salute to Ray Charles" will premiere nationwide today. 

The special features songs from the soul icon, who had a big impact on country music. 

It includes performances by Darius Rucker, Cam, Brett Eldredge, LeAnn Rimes, Trisha Yearwood and more.
