Hubby Tim McGraw had some sweet words for the birthday girl.

Faith Hill turned 51-years-old this past Friday, and McGraw shared a heartfelt birthday tribute on Twitter.
He posted a series of pictures of Hill, saying "... When I wake up to you in our 80s, I'll smile at the life we've built."
The couple has been married for 21 years.
